Do I need Consent Mode v2 advanced?
Advanced mode is one way to implement Consent Mode, not a universal requirement. It can send measurements without cookies when consent is denied. Basic mode blocks Google tags until consent. Choose the setup appropriate for your site and requirements.
What happens when a visitor rejects?
Velo records the refusal and updates the consent state. What your tags send then depends on their consent checks and your chosen Consent Mode setup. Test rejection as carefully as acceptance.
Do I need a developer to install Velo?
You need access to your website or Google Tag Manager. Simple installations may only need the snippet; complex tagging or platform restrictions may require developer help.
How often does Velo scan my site?
Every plan starts with a full cookie and tracker scan when you onboard. On Pro, Velo rescans your site automatically every month, and you can run a manual scan from the platform whenever you want. The Free plan gets one manual scan a month.
What support is included?
Pro includes email support. The Free plan does not include support. The help centre and the install guides cover setup.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time, from your workspace. Upgrades are prorated and there is no lock in.
